I passed my driving test 6th January 2012. Just want to say a huge thank you to Nina Mason for having so much patience and time with me.
I wasn't an easy person to teach, but Nina was so understanding and has massive amounts of knowledge to deliver. Nina was able to help me understand by adapting to my needs and found different ways to explain and demonstrate certain aspects of driving wish I struggle with. it has been well worth the tears, stress, laughter and determination. Thanks again.
I shall be doing pass plus/refresher in the near future. |

Nina is a very passionate, skilful and enthusiastic teacher and learning to drive under her guidance, both for the practical test and Pass Plus, has been a wonderful experience.
Her positive and friendly disposition helped make the lessons very enjoyable and her encouraging nature greatly helped me build up my confidence in the driver's seat. Her vast experience and extensive practical knowledge meant that she really knew what she was talking about and she was always ready to answer any of my questions. Whenever I struggled, Nina was always very patient and reassuring and made every effort to help me get it right.
Nina has equipped me with exceptional driving skills and I can't recommend her as an instructor more strongly! |

I am writing regarding the private lessons I took with Nina Mason. I was very pleased to have such a nice, calm and caring tutor, who took me step by step on learning to drive. I felt that I was in very good hands as she monitored my progress daily and was there to push me to pass my theory and practical.
I would recommend Mary Ashby to new learners, as the staff here are excellent. From the moment I met Nina she put me at ease, she was very punctual and put the private lessons around my life style no matter what day or time I asked for. The lessons were educational and fun, I enjoyed every minute of it!

| Hi my name is Zoe Waters and I recently passed my driving test with Mary Ashby driving school in June this year. I enjoyed learning how to drive each lesson was different. My instructor Nina Mason was very encouraging and patient, and I could'nt have passed without her. Nina gets my 100% recommendation. |

I enjoyed learning with Steve and was very happy with everything about the lessons. Steve was recommended to me by my mother who learned to drive with Steve 5 years ago. She was also more than happy with her lessons. Steve is a very experienced instructor who really knows what he is talking about. Steve was always several steps ahead and he was always ready to take control if necessary. I felt that I progressed faster than I might have with another instructor because Steve was happy to throw you into the thick of it, if he thought you were ready.
Steve was friendly and very professional, and he made sure the lessons were fun. He was always happy to rearrange times if necessary.
Steve was passionate about teaching and his lessons were not just about passing the driving test. His lessons helped teach the right skills and attitude to be a confident, safe driver, something which is especially important as you are starting to drive independently.
I passed first time with just two minors. Much of the credit for this is due to Steve. I will be continuing with him when I do my pass plus. |
